Pipeline Monitoring
eBase’s Pipeline Monitoring solution built on Software AG’s Cumulocity IoT platform enable’s customers to monitor their pipelines in real time. The solution will be able to pull pipeline flow data for most applications, temperature, pressure, location data, and infrastructure monitoring data.
The data collected will allow for chain of custody validation and will monitor for faults, leaks, or any other suspicious data that is detected in real time. Support and maintenance crews can take quick action to reduce the environmental damage and minimize losses with the stakeholders.
Initial goals of the solution
Working with our eco systems of partners, eBase will deploy a solution that address the following requirements.
- Monitor critical operational data received from the sensoring equipment via a secure web-based system built on Software AGs IoT platform.
- Ensure device management monitoring is set in place.
- Define business logic for the application in order to meet the business objectives.
- Provide alarm and alert notifications via email or SMS messages.
- Start collecting and storing historical data to use for predictive analysis.
- Provide the right dashboards to the right users with the right insights
- Test the application, making sure all the above goals are met, based on the solution architecture.
The Complete Solution will include sensors and the Application Monitoring Platform (Cumulocity) which will allow for easy deployment.
